Missy Higgins
Eleven Music and Mellen Events are excited to present, as part of an enthralling Summer 2020 concert series in the beautiful surrounds of Kings Park & Botanic Garden, one of Australia’s most dearly-loved singer/songwriter/performers, Missy Higgins.
Missy returns to Perth for the first time since touring with good friends the John Butler Trio+ in February of 2019, on the hugely successful Coming Home Tour. Sadly, Missy fell ill on the second, sold-out performance night at Kings Park, and for the first time in her career, wasn’t able to take the stage. This newly announced show is a special, one-off performance – Missy’s way of thanking her fans for their patience and support.
Joining Missy Higgins will be special guests, the ever-ascendant Meg Mac, acclaimed new talent, Didirri, and Perth band COTERIE.

Missy Higgins
Missy Higgins
Australian singer/songwriter Missy Higgins has enjoyed phenomenal success with her irresistible melodies and ‘arrow through the heart’ lyrics, delivered by a striking voice that clearly means it.
After touring the globe with her undeniable songs and unforgettable live performances, Missy’s highly acclaimed albums ‘The Sound Of White’ (ARIA Album Of The Year featuring the hits ‘Scar’, ’Ten Days’ and ’The Special Two’), ‘On A Clear Night’ (featuring North American top 20 airplay hit ‘Where I Stood’ plus Australian #1 single ‘Steer’) and ‘The Ol’ Razzle Dazzle’ (featuring ‘Everyone’s Waiting’ and ‘Hello Hello’) have sold over two million copies globally.
The five-time chart topper and nine-time ARIA Award winner has had an incredible 18 months, kicking off with a national support for Ed Sheeran’s ÷ Tour in March 2018. The tour was the largest series of concerts in Australian history with nearly 1 million tickets sold and proved to be a grand curtain-raiser for the subsequent release of her fifth studio album, ‘Solastalgia’, a few months later. The lead single, ‘Futon Couch’, became Missy’s biggest radio success in a decade.

Meg Mac
Meg Mac
Meg Mac has one of the most exciting and profoundly soulful voices in music today; an expressive and emotive instrument that brings drama to her songs about vulnerability, self-worth and loss of identity. Since being named triple j’s Unearthed Artist of the Year in 2014, Meg Mac’s career has soared to ever-increasing heights. Her 2015 platinum plus-selling EP was followed by her debut LP 'Low Blows’, which landed at #2 on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart and her single, 'Roll Up Your Sleeves', is now close to hitting 20-million streams on Spotify.
Her latest album ‘Hope’ is a powerful set of thoughtful and at times deeply personal missives; evident in recent singles ‘Give Me My Name Back’, ‘Something Tells Me’, ‘I’m Not Coming Back' and the album’s title track ‘Hope’.
In 2019 Meg Mac played sold out shows in America, Europe and the UK followed by a sold out ‘Give Me My Name Back’ Australian tour.

Didirri
Didirri
Didirri’s challenging and thoughtful writing, combined with on-stage charisma and relatable depth, has continually won over listeners around the world.
The Melbourne based singer-songwriter’s debut six-track EP ‘Measurements’ was released in 2018, featuring singles ‘Blind You’, ‘Formaldehyde’ and ‘I Can’t Get Last Night Out Of My Head’, each receiving high rotation on Triple J and having been collectively streamed more than six million times globally. Part folk, part alternative, part pop and part aching alt-country, ‘Measurements’ combines Didirri’s honeyed vocals with dynamic, organic and at-times soaring acoustic accompaniment, topped off by deeply personal lyrics.
Following a run of international festivals in 2019, Didirri will embark on an Australian tour in August in support of his latest release, ‘Tea Stains’, a collaboration with fellow Melbourne musician, Ro.
